A cold and flu tonic that is a lifesaver.
1 tbls Tumeric Powder
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Ginger
A sprinkle of pepper
Honey, to taste
1 cup nut milk of your choice
Combine all ingredients in a pot on the stove, heat until it's just about to boil, pour into your mug, relax and enjoy.
