For this recipe you’ll need:
Simply fry up some coriander seeds, chilli flakes and nigella seeds with the mushrooms, cherry tomatoes and garlic.
While this is happening cook the Soba Noodles.
Once the mushrooms and tomatoes are cooked to your liking, turn off the heat and add the cooked soba noodles, a good amount of pesto, fresh baby spinach, spring onion and bean shoots.
